Join the Crew for the Summer 2026 at Splashsports

We are currently recruiting full-time Assistant Managers and ISA Level 1 Surf Instructors to join our team from the June Bank Holiday weekend through to mid-September. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend the summer working by the sea in one of Ireland?s most scenic coastal locations, as part of a well-established, family-run watersports centre.

* Assistant Manager

The role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of Splashsports
- Support staff and help manage daily operations
- Assist with customer check-in, bookings, and general enquiries
- Ensure activities run safely, smoothly, and on schedule
- Help maintain high standards across the centre
- Support with problem-solving and keeping the team organised during busy periods
- Creating content for Social Media

Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid first,aid,garda vetting and safeguarding
- Reliable, organised, and confident in a busy working environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or management preferred
- Experience in the water sports industry is preferred
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Ability to dig in and help out in all departments with a willingness to learn

* ISA Level 1 Surf Instructors

The role:
- Deliver safe, fun, and professional Summer surf camps & surf lessons
- Work with beginners, improvers, children, families, and groups
- Help with the smooth running and maintenance of the surf trailer & equipment
- Working in the trailer,taking bookings,renting equipment and briefing visitors.
- Create a positive experience for all participants on and off the beach
- An advocate for the sea !
- Creating content for social media

Requirements:
- Valid Irish Surfing Association (ISA) Level 1 instructor qualification,Garda Vetting,first aid & safeguarding
- Strong water confidence and good awareness of beach safety
- Experience teaching or instructing preferred
- Comfortable working with children and groups
- Friendly, energetic, and professional manner
- Passion for surfing and sharing the sport with others
