Job description
Dough Mamma is seeking to hire a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and work closely with the Owner in refining and strengthening the business.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in standards, performance, and accountability and wants to operate the restaurant as if it were their own.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily operational oversight
- Staff Management and leadership
- Cost Control
- Sales performance
- Customer Experience
- Systems Development
- Meet KPIs
- Stock Control
- Ordering
- Administrative duties
- Operational duties
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years experience in a management/supervisory role (preferably hospitality)
- Has strong financial awareness
- Can handle pressure
- Structured and systems driven
- Comfortable holding staff accountable
- Strong communication skills
- Hardworking and good initiative
- Professional
- Proficient in administrative duties
- Flexible to restaurant needs
- Hard work, willingness to improve processes, and genuine care for the business are paramount
