Job description
We're Hiring - Spa Receptionist
The Peninsula Spa is looking for a friendly, professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. This is a guest-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a calm, welcoming environment.
The role includes:
- Greeting guests and managing appointments
- Handling enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
Previous experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and great communication skills are essential.
