Job description
Walsh Colour Print is a leading Print company is currently seeking on enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our finance team as an Accounts and Payroll Administrator working full time, based in our offices in Castleisland, Co. Kerry. You will also provide light administrative and phone support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will report directly to Financial Controller and the Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer receipts, assist with credit control
- Reconciliations of statement, expenses, and credit card invoices
- Supporting with quarter and activities
- Payroll processing weekly and monthly, sage payroll software
- Preparing VAT, PAYE, and other relevant payroll / pension returns
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in current or previous position
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in processing payroll
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Sage, Sage Payroll
- Can work as part of a team and on your own initiative
