Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Costume Assistant (flexi-time).
This role will support the costume department by assisting with various tasks related to costume preparation, maintenance and organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assistance in the preparation of costumes for rehearsals and performances
- Help with fittings, alterations, and repairs of costumes as directed
- Organise and maintain the costume inventory, including tracking costumes, accessories, and other related items
- Assist with laundry and cleaning of costumes, ensuring they are properly cared for and maintained
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth operation of costume-related activities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing costume materials and supplies as needed
