Job description
Require Assistant to Chef
Duties include:
- Assisting the chef in preparing and cooking of food
- Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
- Ordering food for the kitchen
- Monitoring food production
- Guiding Kitchen staff
- Ensuring industry standards on hygiene are maintained
- 20 hours per week, no evenings or weekend work
The ideal candidate should have:
- Chef experience working in a busy Kitchen
- Good Leadership Skills
- Be familiar with HSE standards
