Job description

- A long established and successful company based in Tralee are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for a minimum of 6 months for maternity cover
- This role will be office-based and 36 hours per week
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work as part of a team, have strong time management and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and multitask
- Computer skills are essential

Responsibilities:
- Booking in stock
- Dealing with branch and supplier queries
- Working with our accounts payable team
- Ensure invoices are processed for payment
- To undertake other administrative duties if required

Requirements:
- Competent IT skills required
- Keen attention to detail
- A proactive and professional attitude with strong communications skills is essential

Schedule:
- Tuesday - Friday 7am - 4pm
- Saturday 7am - 11am
- Full training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time, Maternity cover
