Our expanding Fit-Out team is seeking applicants for the following positions:

* Fully Qualified Carpenter
* General Operative

- 3+ years experience
- The successful candidates will join our rapidly growing fit-out team on a number of projects nationwide

* Quantity Surveyor
- Immediate start
- This individual will work from our Tralee office as part of our Commercial Team in the delivery of projects across Ireland
- Projects are typically commercial, educational, retail and residential with project values ranging from 80K to 7 million

Duties will involve but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for and have experience taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
- Ensuring that payments are received in accordance with the contract terms
- Prompt submission of estimate / tendering information to the client
- Procurement, negotiation and placing of sub-contract orders
- Prompt presentation of Final Accounts, including negotiation of all contractual entitlements
- Preparation of appropriate documentation in support of additional payment, variations, claims, etc
- Commercial support to the Project and Contracts Management team
- Close liaison with the client on all commercial matters, including preparation and submission of supporting information

Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics or equivalent
- 3+ Years experience
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and the workings on-site
- A strong motivational attitude and a desire to succeed and to help us to further grow
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Excellent people, client management and negotiation skills
