* OTC Pharmacy Sales Assistant

- We are currently recruiting a pharmacy sales assistant for our pharmacy based in Tralee
- Experience in pharmacy is essential for this position

The Role:
- Ensuring excellent customer service and care is given to each customer
- Having an excellent knowledge of products and services within the pharmacy

The Person:
- Previous pharmacy experience essential for this position
- Previous OTC sales
- Excellent OTC product knowledge
- The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a keen interest in retail pharmacy
- Be customer service orientated

The successful candidate will work as part of a team, contributing in the following areas;
- Accurate and efficient preparation of prescriptions for checking by the Supervising Pharmacist
- Verification of prescriptions for the monthly PCRS claim
- Preparation and checking of daily and monthly stock orders
- Customer service at the Medical Counter area
- Preparation of Blister packs for qualifying patients
- Daily use of the QicScript.Net Dispensing system

- The successful candidate will be able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
