Join one of the most popular restaurant in Kenmare, Co.Kerry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist head chef for daily kitchen running
- Work closely with the management to achieve budgeted cost/GP
- Ability to develop with existing team in order to exceed customer satisfaction
- Take full responsibility for individual implementation HACCP plan
- Help to train/coaching other kitchen staff
- Ability to maintain standards, quality and innovation on daily basis
- Maintain and improve team engagement through effective experience

Basic Qualification:
- Minimum 5 year experience in preparation of Chinese Cuisine
- Senior Chef qualification
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Chinese speaking is essential

Essential:
- Minimum Experience Required (Years): 5 Years of chef Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)
- Additional Skills: HACCP

Desirable:
- Languages: English B1-Intermediate, Chinese C1-Advanced Comparison mode: AND - All Languages must match criteria
- Ability Skills: catering, communications, creativity
- Competency Skills: leadership, management, problem solving, teamwork
- Specialication In: N/A
