Job description
- 35 hours per week over 5 days
- A Major award in childcare/early education at a minimum of level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications of Ireland or an equivalent nationally recognized Qualification
- Hold an up-to date First Aid Responder Certificate
- Demonstrate at least 3 years experience of working in a position of responsibility with children in Playgroup and have abroad understanding of working with children in the 1-12 age range
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for children placed in the service
- Supervision of and support to the other personnel within the PlayGroup
- The day to day Management of the Playgroup in terms of administration
