* Bar Staff

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and serve guests in accordance with Castles standards in a gracious and professional manner
- Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guests and fellow team members
- Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food and beverage outlet
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work as part of a team to ensure all guests of the Castle leave happily
- Handle all guests requests and fulfil them as quickly as possible
- Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of work areas
- Have excellent knowledge of the Castle and services available
- To comply with Hotel COVID-19 policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts including mid-week and weekends
- Provide quality performance at a fast pace
- Ability to work under pressure
- Particular attention to hygiene and maintaining cleanliness
- Fluent spoken and written English

* Housekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for cleanliness of castle bedrooms and corridors
- To have a complete knowledge of the castle product and services it offers
- Ensuring all castle standards are met and maintained consistently
- Respond to guest?s requests or complaints in the correct manner
- Always greet the guest with a smile ensuring that excellent customer care is being delivered at all times
- To comply with Hotel COVID-19 policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Flexibility - to enjoy working different shift patterns and seeing the operation on different days of the week including the weekends, mainly day shifts but some evening shifts may be required
- Have good people skills - to greet guests that you do see and to work well in a team - we want work to be fun for all of our employees
- Be trustworthy and security conscious, you will have access to guest areas
