We are currently hiring experienced bar persons for both full and part time roles. We are at present looking to recruit with an immediate start as we are open for collection & deliveries and also for our post Covid-19 return. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic, proactive and talented staff with a can-do attitude.

Typical duties will include:
- Greeting customers
- Making suggestions based on customer preferences
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety rules/regulations & customer service guidelines
- Providing a five star drinks service
- Keep the bar neat and presentable at all times
- Cooperating with, and assisting food servers when necessary
- Taking payments
- Stocking and cleaning requirements

The ideal candidate would be familiar and enthusiastic about all aspects of the food and beverage industry, particularly cocktails, wines, stock control and Health & Safety in the workplace.

- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines
- Previous experience in a high volume property/bar
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation
