Job description
- Office manager with good bookkeeping skill
- Local business with international activities looking for a motivated, pro-active and thorough office manager.
Main duties will involve:
- General accountancy duties including credit control and raising invoices for clients
- Sales administration including taking payments, dealing with client queries
- Other book keeping tasks including assistance with VAT
- Involvement in the management of the sales process
The ideal person should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity and in book-keeping
- Experience of credit control and chasing payments
- High level of computer competency including Microsoft Excel
- Friendly and professional manner and experience of customer service
- Self motivated and highly organised
- This role is approximately 15-20 hours a week
- Flexible hours, and combining office and home work possible
