* Practice Accountant

The Role:
- Responsible for a portfolio of client directly and to support other members in the management of their client portfolios
- Responsible for client audits, accounts, and Revenue returns
- Working closely with tax manger and company secretarial department to ensure compliance obligation are met
- Ensure high service level provided to client whilst also having awareness of budget and timelines
- Mentoring, training and motivating junior staff

The Candidate:
- Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years experience in an accountancy firm (3 at a senior level)
- Broad accounting and taxation experience including auditing
- Team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

* Audit & Compliance Officer

The Role:
- Assign responsibility to junior and staff auditors
- Critique team member work for high level of accuracy
- Complete audits within a set timeframe
- Develop/structure way to increase compliance and efficiency
- Perform risk and control assessments
- Present audit findings
- Plan and oversee the auditing and file management process
- Overview and control firm AML and GDPR compliance

The Candidate:
- In depth understanding of auditing and control practices
- Proficient in using accounting and auditing software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Minimum 5 years experience as a senior auditor or compliance officer
- Qualified member of CPA/ACA/ACCA
- Compliance or company secretarial qualifications an advantage
