Job description
- We opened the doors of our brand new restaurant this summer
- "The Mad Monk" is the new addition to the Quinlan's family business and our new premises is situated on the very popular Plunkett Street, in our beloved town of Killarney
- We are looking for a professional and experienced Chef to work in our busy restaurant
- The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customer's satisfaction
Duties:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
The location of employment will be at "The Mad Monk" 21-22 Plunkett Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry
