Job description
- In this role you will be responsible for adding and maintaining products online, creating and uploading digital assets (images, video, pdf etc.)
- You will provide customer care via online chat, e-mail, phone and digital marketing via social media and Google ads
- You will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Excel and Word
- You will also have a good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, content marketing and social media skills
- A college qualification and/or 1-2 years experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage
