Job description

- 12 to 20 hours contracts over seven days a week
- Flexibility in working hours is ideal

Main Responsibilities:
- To assist in the maintenance of the company's operational standards and compliance
- Ensure all sales floor routines are carried out as prescribed by the management team
- To participate in stock processing
- To serve customers and operate tills
- To carry customer refunds as required
- To maintain the shop floor standards at all times
- To ensure appropriate merchandising of product in order to maximise sales
- To be involved in store replenishments
- To carry out product placement checks
- To participate in the store clearance cycle
- To be courteous at all times to fellow associates, customers and management team
- To seek personal development when appropriate
- To demonstrate an understanding of brand and product knowledge
- Demonstrate at all times the company's identified characteristics
- To assist in ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to and within legal requirements
- To carry out any additional duties as and when required such as housekeeping, cleaning
- To participate in the stores activities as required outside of normal duties
