Job description
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated and creative and able to work alongside the Head Chef and our team
Duties Include:
- Developing, preparing and cooking new dishes and menus as part of a team
- Have knowledge to ensure high standards of food hygiene and rules of Health & Safety are monitored and implemented
- Ensuring portion and waste control is maintained to maximize profit margins
- Have a passion for food and & cooking to benefit our customers satisfaction and business and ensure consistency in it's delivery
- English is essential
