Job description

Duties:
- Will ensure that customers have the best possible experience and will be responsible for the efficient day to day control of all the centre's activities
- Will be involved in all aspects of the running of both the fitness and swimming pool sides of the business
- Duties include managing staff, timetables, training, overseeing plant room, purchasing of materials/equipment, ensuring that health and safety standards and operating policies are up to date

Working hours:
- 39 hours per week, this will involve unsocial hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Requirements:
- A relevant Third Level Qualification in Health and Leisure
- Previous experience an advantage
- Ability to lead, delegate and motivate staff
- Dynamic and hands on
