Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing and documenting curriculum
- Supporting the children's play, and consequently their learning and development
- Managing and keeping up the learning environment
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children
- Maintaining professionalism at all times
The successful candidates must have:
- All applicants must have a minimum of FETAC level 5 in childcare or equivalent
- Experience of and desire to be a team player
- Flexibility, self-motivation, initiative and drive
- Excellent interaction and communication skills
The applicant must be flexible with hours and must be able to work with children from 6 months to 12 years old. The applicant must have a minimum of Fetac or QQI Level 5 in Childcare and be willing to undertake Garda vetting.
Candidates must be familiar with childcare regulations.
