Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and track progress
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Carry out safety checks /Audits
- Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
- Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements
- Ensure Quality standards are maintained at all times.
As a Senior Foreman/Site Manager you will have 5+years site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a main contractor. The successful candidate will have experience on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education.
